Sunnyside House provides Private and Funded permanent care at its Camperdown residential aged care facility.
To be eligible for funded services you will require a mandatory assessment which is carried out by the aged care assessment team/service.
This assessment is conducted to establish if you will be ‘high’ or ‘low’ care.
