Sunnyside House is a 40-bed residential Aged Care service set in picturesque surroundings of Camperdown, Victoria.
Residents are cared for by a committed, professional team striving to deliver an envied quality of life for our residents.
We are seeking experienced RNs to work various shifts on a casual basis. Reporting to the Care Manager, the purpose of the role will be to ensure the highest possible standards of nursing and personal care are provided to all residents.
Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience working in an aged care service preferably including Palliative Care and high care
- Leadership, clinical management and advanced assessment skills
- Effective communication (oral and written)
- Highly organised, self-motivated and flexible
- Current knowledge of Accreditation and ACFI documentation
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current knowledge of Infection Prevention and Control
